Blessed Saturday to all readers from my kitchen in Singapore. Today is Day 5 of Singapore’s Circuit Breaker Mode. Supposed many of us are living in Stress & Fear. Researchers may have discovered that eating & drinking Sweets may decrease the production of the Stress related Hormone Glucocorticoid, which shows increase activity in the brain controlling Fear & Stress. With this in mind, I share with you my Sweet Fruitty Macaroni which I just created.

Wishing all members a GOOD FRIDAY from my kitchen in Singapore. Today is our Day 4 on CIRCUIT BREAKER MODE in Singapore. Got to ration the stock I have for cooking till 4 May.
Today, I am cooking a simple dinner of Sweetcorn Bacon Roll for two person. I am using 1 Corn on the Cob, 2 big slices of Bacon and 6 Asparagus.

Blessed Wednesday from my kitchen in Singapore to all reader here. It has been a busy day for me because at 11am I went to Kinokuniya Book Store at Takashimaya to collect my books that I ordered. Then zoomed across to Paragon to order the packed Japanese Lunch Box for my Samurai as lunch and went to have my favourite Nasi Lemak Tower for my lunch.
Then I went to supermarket to get my ingredients for cooking the next 10 days and also grabbed some canned food to keep stock. After that the whole afternoon was spent with my assistant doing some desk works.
