Barley Red Apple Celery Cooling Drink
Just using my electric multi cooker to boil 1/3 cup of Barley with 2 Red Apples and 2 ribs Celery to make a nice Barley drink. Remove cores from Red Apples and cut to halves. Cut Celery to smaller length. Boil with 2000ml water.
I chill the Barley drink before drinking. This cools down my body system. Good for hot weather. I save the strained Barley grains for other cooking. It is rich in fibres. Check out recipes ideas for using Barley Grains to cook a nice meal for your loved ones.
Apple Coriander Detox Drink
Using my electric multi cooker to boil a pot of detox drink. I put into the electric cooker to boil 2 Red Apple (remove core and cut to halves), 1 big bunch of Coriander Leaves, half a big Cucumber, 12 Dried Cherry Tomatoes to boil for 15 minutes.
Strain the drink when ready and leave it to chill in the fridge before drinking. A nice detox drink for the liver. Please share my recipe out with my blessings.

Orange Flavoured Barley Drink
My Orange flavoured Barley Drink without sugar is ready. Just add some Orange rind without the white bitter part halfway when boiling Barley.
Check out recipes on Sweet Soup using Orange Rind.
Strain immediately when grains have expanded. Use the grains for other usage as it is high in fibres.
I use Barley Grains often to replace rice. So please do not throw away. What a waste!
