My friend Kok Jin sent to me his Steamed Mini Pumpkin Savoury Kueh (oblong shape) & a Steamed Pumpkin Huat Kueh with a split flower top. Feel so blessed to receive these. They are yummy.

Plucking KANG KONG, also known as Water Convolvulus, or the Chinese called it 空心菜 Kong Xin Cai, meaning Hollow Stem Veggie. Going to use it for cooking later. Divide the leaves from the stems. I saved the stems with roots. Trying to plant in my Rooftop Garden.
Kangkong greens are abundant sources of health benefiting nutrients which when consumed on regular basis found to prevent osteoporosis, iron deficiency anemia, and vitamin-A deficiency, and believed to protect from cardiovascular diseases, and colon and prostate cancers.

Today is public holiday in Singapore. Feeling lazy lazy. So just doing my 5 mins cooking for my Samurai using his favourite Instant Japanese Curry Udon packet. Just bring 250ml water to boil with 5 Okra cut to rounds, then drop in the Udon to heat through together with the sachet of seasonings that comes with Curry Powder. My Samurai drank up till the last drop of the Curry Soup. He said OISHII. (Yummy).
Dessert from Friend
To our dear Sister in Christ and Good friend Susan Tan who always bless us with nice food. We both enjoy your special delivered Sweet Corn, Water Chestnut and Sago dessert. As suggested, I added in fresh milk and a little sugar and microwave for 2 mins. Samurai says Oishii, I said Chin Hoh Chiak. Kum siah.
