Lunch

Enjoying my packed Dried Wanton Mee without Char Siew from my nearby Everton Park Kopi Tiam. Deliberately asked to add some Dark Soya Sauce. Yummy.

Dinner

Savoury Oatmeal with Ginger, Shallots, Leek, Shimeji Mushrooms with BOVRIL & Ayam Brand Chillie Tuna.

Cooking in progress
First boil some Ginger shreds, a handful of Shallots, white part of Leek in water till fragrance released. Add in a dash of Japanese Instant Dashi granules (soup stock granules).
Add in Shimeiji Mushrooms
Add in a box of Shimeji mushrooms
Add in cooking oats
Add in Cooking Oats for 2 pax

Can guess what I cooked for dinner? Its Savoury Oatmeal with Ginger, Shallots, Leek, Shimeji Mushrooms with BOVRIL & Ayam Brand Chillie Tuna.

First boil some Ginger shreds, a handful of Shallots, white part of Leek in water till fragrance released. Add in a dash of Japanese Instant Dashi granules (soup stock granules). Add in a box of Shimeji mushrooms and enough cooking oats for 2 persons. (4 TBS per person).

Bring to a boil, stir in 1 TBS Bovril, adjust flavour by adding a little salt and sugar. Lastly add in green part of Leek.

Off fire and transfer to bowls. Top with some Ayam brand Chilli Tuna. Believe me, it tastes yummy. Do try out my recipe.

Have a good start in the morning. My first drink in the morning. Make a smoothie by blending 1 Spanish Persimmon, 1 Orange, 1 thumb sized of Ginger, 10 ice cubes and 150ml water. My refreshing healthy juice is done!
