Grapefruit, Red Grapes, Celery, Coriander Leaves & Cucumber Smoothie
Making Smoothie using 200ml Water, 1/4 Cucumber, 1 Grapefruit, 2 ribs Celery (cut to small pieces), 15 Red Graphs and a bundle of Coriander Leaves together with 10 ice cubes.
A Refreshing and fragrant drink. My Samurai says Good.
Red Grapes, Watermelon, Spinach & Celery Juice
I made a very refreshing juice using 15 Red Grapes, 2 small branches of Spinach (pluck to smaller pieces) , 1/8 Watermelon (cut to cubes), 2 ribs Celery (cut to smaller pieces), 200ml Water and 10 Ice Cubes.
Though the juice turns out to be green, it tastes very good and naturally sweet. A Healthy juice to start our day with.

Mizkan Kantan Su Healthy Fruit Juice
Using some cut Pineapple, Cucumber, Ginger, Orange, a handful of Mint and *Mizkan Brand Kantan Su 简单醋 to make a Healthy Fruit Juice. Yummy!
I freeze a big Mango from Australia before going on a long trip. I just thawed it, removed the skin and seed, added with 500ml water and 10 ice cubes, put in blender to make a refreshing Mango Juice.
Prolong lifespan by storing my mango in freezer. Isn’t it a brilliant idea?
Mixed Berries, Dragon Fruit and Chia Seed Smoothie
For tonight as dinner, I had a big glass 500ml of smoothie made with 1/3 cup of 100% Berries Mixed Fruit with no sugar added with 1 sachet of Chia Seeds (bought from Bintang supermarket in Ubud), 1 Dragon Fruit and with 1/4 cup of boiled Barley grains. This should be enough to see me through till morning.
This is my EHLH (Eat Happy Live Healthy) meal. Hope this gives you some idea how to keep to your healthy diet. On the whole what you eat the whole day must be nutrition balanced and also watch out the quantity.

To make this smoothie, I have some Celery (cut to small pieces, (some Pineapple (cut to smaller pieces), few cherry tomatoes, some pear (cut to slice), a handful of Goji Berries, with some Meiji Brand Low Fat Natural Yoghurt (no sugar added), water and Ice Cubes. A healthy and nice smoothie to start your day.
