Another of my EH.LH Eat Happy Live Healthy meal to share with you. I diced 1 big Onion and 1 square piece of Taukwa 豆干 and use a grater to grate 1 small carrot.
In a non stick frypan WITHOUT oil, just saute Onion and Taukwa till cooked. You can cover with lid to speed up a bit. Then add in Carrot and crack in 2 Eggs and add in 1 TBS of Shirasu dried Silver Fish, sprinkle with some *Mizkan Brand YuzuPon (Citrus flavour Soy Sauce), cover with lid and cooked till Eggs are done.
I serve this EHLH meal with a cup of BOVRIL drink. Feeling satisfied.

Happy GALUNGAN to my family in UBUD GREEN RESORT VILLA, BALI and all friends in Bali. Greetings from Singapore from CATherina and Hosoi.
Went to Tiong Bahru Wet Market this morning and bought home my Samurai’s favourite clams. Soaking them in salted water. I will cook them this evening. With a discount I paid S$25 for this whole lot.

Hello Friends! Let us say this prayer together.
We all need to feel like we have a purpose and that we are useful. Many are reading this who don’t feel they are needed, wanted, or loved…they feel like no one would miss them if they were gone. Some even feel the world would be better off without them. Many are just so tired and weary from their struggles and pain, they don’t want to harm themselves, but they are praying for you to take them home…
Please breathe new life and hope into each tired and discouraged heart. May they feel your Spirit rise up within them. Help them to cast off the lies of the enemy. May they find their worth not in what they do or what others say, but in who you say they are. Help them to hear your voice above all others. Help them to trust your Word more than they trust their feelings. You woke each of us up today, so it means you have a plan and a purpose for each of us, even if we don’t see it or have clarity about it at the moment.
Please help all who are battle-weary to find your strength to carry them and your rest to replenish what’s been depleted. Please send little signs and reminders that they are loved and cared for by you. May they hear a song, see a scripture, or receive a kindness that will encourage their hearts. We ask your Holy Spirit to do a mighty work that is undeniable.
Help us all to remember, no matter what we face, that we do not fight alone and the victory has already been won. Help us to keep pressing on in your power, strength, and might. Please help us to take our thoughts captive and meditate on your promises. Please meet each need spoken and unspoken, Lord, and we thank you in advance for all you will do. In the name of Jesus, we ask these things, Amen

All my friends know I love FISH! Just season both sides of 4 Spanish Mackerel Fillets with some Salt, Pepper and Turmeric Powder then pan fry with 2 TBS Sunflower Oil till golden brown.
Dish out and using the same oil to saute 300g diagonally cut Okra with 1tsp Hondashi Power (made by Sea Kelp n Bonito Fish Powder), 1/4 tsp Sugar n Salt to taste. Cover with lid and cook for 3 mins.
Serve it on a plate with Fish and Rice. This portion is enough to make 2 plates for the two of us. Simply delicious!

Making a Daikon Dessert
Using my small crock pot to make a Daikon dessert.
Remove skin from 1 medium size Daikon and cut to thick rounds, cut 1 Fuji Apple to wedges, fill all these into the crock pot and scatter 1 Orange rind (which I remove the white bitter part and cut to shreds) Leave it to cook with half cup water for a few hours. Then serve with some Korean Ginger Honey.
