Beautiful Pink Flowers
Just came home from my long lunch catching up with a friend. Saw my big pot of Pink Adenium Obesum blooming with beautiful pink flowers. This flower is commonly known as Fu Gui Hua 福贵花, literally translated as Fortune Flower. It brings life and colour back to my 5 Foot way. So happy.

Back from Lunch
Very hot afternoon. Just came back from Dim Sum lunch appointment with Celina Low. She was so kind to give me some seeds to add on to my planting for my Roof Garden. Cooling myself down in my kitchen with the ceiling fan on and sipping my chilled Chrysanthemum Tea. My plain face without any make up. Good afternoon friends.

Samurai and his CAT (CATherina Hosoi) are always afraid of the hot weather. They choose to stay indoor with air con on.

Good Morning
Good morning. Don’t know why got up so unusually early. Perhaps due to the heavy feasting of Chinese Dinner in restaurant last night. Join me for a cup of Nescafe Gold with milk. Blessed day.
My Rooftop Garden
Sitting at my Rooftop Garden and enjoying the views and my Orchid flowers is a real blessing to start my day. Start my day with a fresh mind.

Again, this morning found a new white flower blooming. This is from the Kangkong I planted in my rooftop garden.

My Daun Selasih is growing healthily. In English what Basil is this? Is it Holy Basil? Those who know the answer please teach me.
This is Caladium Bicolor also commonly known as Heart of Jesus. This plant was blessed to me by my neighbour. I love the pretty light pink and green combination. Looks like a nice piece of Batik Sarong. Hope it grows well in my planter box in my Rooftop Garden.

My Precious Dollie
Let me introduce you my first “Dollie” my Samurai bought for me when Isetan Singapore first opened in 1976. We named her “Shabuko-chan” meaning the Cute Sucking Finger from the verb Shaburu. My dearest Mom knitted her a dress. Now after so many years the knitted dress has torn and I am glad my good friend Celina Low will mend it for me when we next meet at my home. So blessed to have good friend who helps.

My Rooftop Garden
Happy blessed Sunday. Came up to our Rooftop Garden, it is so breezy and feel the fresh air. Wearing my CAT T-shirt bought in Greece 6 years ago. We are now drinking Nescafe Gold on Rooftop Garden, and my Samurai is reading The Sunday Times. Very relaxing and peaceful.

Dinner
It’s Sunday. Lazy to cook? My Oven is my good helper.
I just need to marinate the 2 Sole Fish Fillets with Okinawa Salt and Pepper. Than cut 3 slices Bacon to finger width, cut Onions, Ginger, Carrots, cut Coriander Leaves and pluck Mint Leaves. Then grease a big Pyrex and layer the Fish Fillets with the various veggies I mention. Lastly drizzle some Organic Coconut Oil over, cover with Aluminium Sheet and send it to bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for about 30 mins or more.
When ready, remove from oven, garnish with more Coriander Leaves and Mint Leaves. Squeeze some Japanese QP Myonnaise on top to make pretty lines and serve immediately. I am now sitting next to the oven waiting patiently. Yes, yummy food needs to be waited.
