Eat Happy Live Healthy Meal
My own cooked Eat Happy Live Healthy Meal.
In a pan, simmer boil pre-soaked Soya Bean Stick with 1 Red Chillie, a little Himalayan Pink Salt, 1 tsp Sugar, 1 TBS Steam Fish Sauce and 1 TBS Oyster Sauce.
When sauce reduces, add in Spinach Stems first followed by Spinach Leaves to cook.
Adjust flavouring by adding a little more Steam Fish Sauce.
I serve the vegetables with 2 TBS cooked Quinoa. A healthy Green dish with protein.

My no Make up face
Bun up my hair, taking a rest in my kitchen in between washing my dishes. No make up on my face. My plain original look.
After the rain, went up to my rooftop garden to check on my plants. Found these two little cute snails.
When I was a little girl, being the only child at home, I used to pick snails up after the rain, used chalk to draw a line and Q up the snails and watch which snail would win the race by touching the other side of the line.

My EHLH Breakfast
Happy Blessed Day to everyone. Start my day with my Eat Happy Live Healthy Meal.
First stir fry half cup of cooked Quinoa with 1 tsp Organic Coconut Oil n sprinkle a little Himalayan Pink Salt over. Dish out on a plate.
To cook Quinoa, boil 1 cup Quinoa with 2 cups water, just follow this ratio.
Cut 1 cup Cabbage to shreds and saute with 1 tsp Coconut Oil or Butter. Then crack in 2 Eggs to fry together with a little Salt. Add a handful of Coriander Leaves to heat through.
Dish out and place it next to Quinoa. Garnish with a little Red Pickled Japanese Radish. A beautiful healthy meal is done for myself.

Red Yeasted Glutinous Rice Wine Lee Butter Cake
Created a Butter Cake using Red Yeasted Glutinous Rice Wine Lee. (Ang Chow, 红糟). My Samurai enjoying now. The kitchen is very fragrant with the aroma. I love him so bake him a cake.
Enjoying our hot pot style Fettucini in Hokkaido Cream Stew with Chicken, Gluten Roll, Potato and Sweet Peas. We both enjoy this home cooked meal.

Dine out for Lunch
At Ding Tai Feng Restaurant at Chinatown Point today I ordered Roselle Drink. Very refreshing.
Suan La Tang酸辣汤，Xiao Cai as starter小菜， Zha Jiang Mian炸酱面， Hong You Chao Shou (Sichuan style Wantan) 红油抄手, all from Ding Tai Feng Restaurant at Chinatown Point. We dined there after the lunch crowd, to be safe. Anyway just only 3 tables of diners, all sitting far from each other.
Recipe Sharing: Mee Suah Clam Soup
Decided to cook light and eat light after our last meal eaten at a restaurant. I have 1 Bittergourd, cut to finger width long pieces….(read more….)

Enjoying my own cooked 5 Treasure Sweet Soup with Pearl Barley, Soy Bean Sheet, Nagaimo (Huai Shan), Gingko Nuts and Red Dates, sweetened with Crystal Rock Sugar.
