Both Samurai and I are enjoying my own cooked Japanese Jumbo Oysters, Xiao Bai Cai Green, the Red Dried Goji Berries, cooked in QUAKER Brand Instant Oatmeal with Black Rice and Mountain Yam.

So happy to see my new leaf of Caladium Bicolor opens up to show the beautiful pink and green like a piece of batik material. This plant was blessed by my neighbour a few weeks back for planting. Glad it is growing healthily.

Meal Ideas: Garlic Sprouts with Prawns and Cherry Tomatoes

Garlic Sprouts with Prawns and Cherry Tomatoes
This is Garlic Sprout, one of my favourite veggies
Season your prawns with some Ginger Juice, a little Sugar, Salt and Pepper before cooking. Saute in 1 TBS Oil.
Cut Garlic Sprouts to shorter length and saute with prawns. Flavor with Dashi Shoyu. Towards end of cooking, add in Cherry Tomatoes to heat through.
A little Sugar and a little Cornstarch mixture can be added in to get the glossy finish

The taste of my favourite Garlic Sprouts is enhanced by adding in Japanese flavoured stock Soya Sauce, generally known as Dashi Shoyu.
Remember to season your prawns with some Ginger Juice, a little Sugar, Salt and Pepper before cooking. For this dish you need not saute with chopped Garlic first as Garlic Sprouts are very fragrant by itself.

Please see the photos above on the step by step process. Towards the end of cooking add in a handful of Cherry Tomatoes to heat through.

A little Sugar and a little Cornstarch mixture can be added in to get the glossy finish. By the way I only used 1 TBS oil for this dish.
