Happy Mid Autumn Festival to all. It is a tradition to light up the Lantern, eat Mooncakes and Pomelo.

Have you tried Brazillian Longan before? The skin is very tough. Need to crack open by smashing with my cleaver. The flesh is sweet. Tastes like Rambutan.

I added more onions and tomatoes as well as tamarind sauce to give it a more sour note. So gooooood with white rice.
Pressure Cook Stewing Of Pig Trotter
Using my electric pressure cooker to stew a pot of yummy Pig Trotter with Mushrooms and Red Dates.
Enjoying my icy cold frozen Banana I made. Nicer than ice cream.
Stewed Pig Leg is ready!
Released the pressure and opened up my Electric Pressure Cooker. Tada! My Pressure Cooked Stewed Pig Leg with Dried Mushrooms and Red Dates is ready to serve. My kitchen is filled with nice aroma. Save 1 tub to pass it to my good friend.
Dinner is served
I serve my Pressure Cooked Stewed Pig Leg with Mushrooms and Red Dates with Mee Suah and Luffa as our dinner. 1 big bowl per person. Yummy.
