Penne with Seafood and Vegetables in Curry Flavour

Blessed Sunday from my kitchen in Singapore. Sharing with you here what I cooked today, Penne with Seafood and Vegetables in Curry Flavour since it is wiser to STAY AT HOME. Wherever you are please Stay Safe, Happy & Peaceful.

I share with you here how I cook my Penne with Shallots, Shrimps, Imitation Crab Sticks, Celery in Curry flavour.

Preparation:

Cutting shallots for Penne with Seafood and Vegetables in Curry Flavour
First, cut 20 shallots to thin slice
Ingredients for Penne with Seafood and Vegetables in Curry Flavour
Than prepare the ingredients: Organic Brown Rice Penne , 100g Shrimps without shells, 6 sticks Imitation Crab Sticks (one cut to twos), 20 Shallots cut to thin slices, 2 ribs Australia Celery cut to thin slices, 1 TBS Curry Powder, 3/4 cups Milk
Not shown: 1/2 cup Water 2 TBS Sunflower Oil.

I use the remaining Organic Brown Rice Penne which was cooked 2 days ago (Penne with Veggies in Japanese Curry) and kept the remainder in the fridge (Do not waste food), 100g Shrimps without shells, 6 sticks Imitation Crab Sticks from my freezer (one cut to twos), 20 Shallots cut to thin slices, 2 ribs Australia Celery cut to thin slices, 1 TBS Curry Powder, 1/2 cup Water, 3/4 cups Milk, 2 TBS Sunflower Oil.

Cooking:

First heat up Sunflower Oil in a non stick fry pan. Drop in shallots to saute till fragrant. Add in Shrimps which were seasoned with 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Sugar n Pepper to fry. Add in Curry Powder.

Add in the thawed Penne and toss well. Add in 1/2 cup Water, cover with lid and bring to boil to soften Penne a little.

After 3 mins, open lid and add in 3/4 cup Milk, Celery n Imitation Crab Sticks, cover with lid and boil for another 3 mins.

Almost done : Penne with Seafood and Vegetables in Curry Flavour

Open lid and add in 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt, 1/2 tsp Sugar, toss well and at the last minute, add in a handful of cut Corriander Leaves. Switch off heat and serve immediately.
