Be safe, STAY AT HOME! Enjoying my Healthy Drink using Bitter gourd, green apple & dried mix fruits. Please follow and make for your loved ones.
I use 1 small Bitter gourd (some call it as Bitter Melon), good for reducing Blood Sugar, 1 Green Apple, 3 TBS of Dried Mix Fruits (Cranberrries, Blueberries, Strawberries) and dried candied Winter Melon.
Remove seeds from Bitter Gourd and slice thinly, Remove skin and core from Green Apple and cut to 8 pieces.
I fill my Electric Glass Cooker with all ingredients and 2,000ml water. It is convenient this I use this Electric Glass Cooker because I can set temperature and timing. Just bring to boil rapidly then turn temperature to low and simmer boil for 30 mins.
Off heat and strain the drink. Can drink hot or chill in the fridge.

Option: You can also boil the drink using one bitter gourd with 3 TBS Dried Cranberries.
