Blessed Sunday from my kitchen in Singapore. Sharing with you here what I cooked today, Penne with Seafood and Vegetables in Curry Flavour since it is wiser to STAY AT HOME. Wherever you are please Stay Safe, Happy & Peaceful.
I share with you here how I cook my Penne with Shallots, Shrimps, Imitation Crab Sticks, Celery in Curry flavour.
Preparation:
I use the remaining Organic Brown Rice Penne which was cooked 2 days ago (Penne with Veggies in Japanese Curry) and kept the remainder in the fridge (Do not waste food), 100g Shrimps without shells, 6 sticks Imitation Crab Sticks from my freezer (one cut to twos), 20 Shallots cut to thin slices, 2 ribs Australia Celery cut to thin slices, 1 TBS Curry Powder, 1/2 cup Water, 3/4 cups Milk, 2 TBS Sunflower Oil.
Cooking:
First heat up Sunflower Oil in a non stick fry pan. Drop in shallots to saute till fragrant. Add in Shrimps which were seasoned with 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Sugar n Pepper to fry. Add in Curry Powder.
Add in the thawed Penne and toss well. Add in 1/2 cup Water, cover with lid and bring to boil to soften Penne a little.
After 3 mins, open lid and add in 3/4 cup Milk, Celery n Imitation Crab Sticks, cover with lid and boil for another 3 mins.
Open lid and add in 1/2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt, 1/2 tsp Sugar, toss well and at the last minute, add in a handful of cut Corriander Leaves. Switch off heat and serve immediately.
