Thank you God for filling my plate with a Healthy Yummy Breakfast which I received your wisdom to create. Today, I am making Healthy Breakfast: Egg with Tomato & Mint Leaves.
Preparation:
For ingredients, I have 1 Egg, 5 Cherry Tomatoes (cut to thin rings), a few sprigs of Mint Leaves, 1 TBS Butter, 1/4 Cup Fresh Milk, 2 TBS Mozzarella Cheese, *Mizkan brand Kinno GomaDare (Sesame Sauce with Roasted Nuts) and a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt.
Cooking:
First I heat up Butter in a non stick small pan, add in Cherry Tomatoes to saute till limped. (Heat increase lycopene, an powerful antioxidant with many health benefits in the tomatoes).
Next, add in beaten Egg with Milk mixture with a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt to make scramble Egg.
Half way before egg is done, add in Mozzarella Cheese.
When ready, do plating with Mint Leaves to surround the Scrambled Egg. Drizzle some*Mizkan brand Kinno GomaDare (Sesame Sauce with Roasted Nuts) over the Mint Leaves.
A simple yet nutritious Healthy Breakfast is ready. You can eat this Egg with Tomato & Mint Leaves on its own or as a sandwich filling.
I serve my Egg with Tomato & Mint Leaves as a filling for 1 piece of Chinese Traditional Pastry (known as ‘Hum Cheen Peng in Cantonese or 咸煎饼 in Chinese) and pair it with 1 cup of Milk Tea. Wonderful taste!
