Blue Pea Flower Drink
Made myself a glass of Blue Pea Flower drink (Bunga Telang) by plucking 2 fresh flowers from my Rooftop garden. Clean and pour hot boiling water over and steep till blue color appears.
Then squeeze it some lemon juice to see the color turns purple. I did not add any sugar to it, but if you prefer sweet, then add sugar to taste.
Colors makes our world fanciful like dreams becoming true. May you have a blessed new week. Ha, ha, ha, my friend said luckily the drink turns Purple or else it will be a Blue Monday!

Sweet corn Soup
Cut off the kernals from the sweetcorn to cook rice and make use of the remaining cob which I cut to 4, with 2 cups of shredded Cabbage, 15 Red Dates without seeds to bring to boil in 4 cups water .
Once rapidly boiling lower heat and continue boiling for 15 mins. Add a few dashes of KNORR Brand Aromat enhancer and Himalayan Pink Salt to taste. A very yummy soup is ready. Simple n nutritious.
