My Lunch
From my Singapore Kitchen, I brewed Soup for 1 1/2 hours with Celery, Watermelon Rind, Cherry Tomatoes with Pork Big Bones, and cooked Thai RiceBerry Rice mixed with Japanese Short Grain Rice together with Chinese Sausages and Sichuan Preserved Veggie. Out of the world Yummy Combination.

Recycling
I am packing some clean and used bottles with newspaper and keep in carton box wrapped with 2 layers black rubbish bags and keep it outside my house for rubbish car to collect away. Be considerate so rubbish man won’t hurt his hands. Wonders how many people think of others??? There is no recycle bin on my street.

Tea Time
After the rain, went up to my Rooftop Garden to pull out weeds from my plants. Now came down to my kitchen to have a cup of Nescafe Gold with Milk and paired up with Traditional Chinese Pastry You Tiao 油条。In Singapore and Malaysia it is known as Yew Chia Kueh.
