My Personal Assistant knows I miss eating 杂菜饭 Chap Chye Png (Mixed Vegetables Rice), so nice of her to go to my nearby Everton Road Coffee Shop to tapao (pack) this combination of Rice topped with Brinjal, French Beans with minced Pork and steamed Egg Custard, drizzled with Curry Sauce. All just costs a reasonable S$3.50. Yummy.
A kitchen Tip
Use 1 TBS Bicarbonate of Soda, 1 TBS Soap Powder, 1/4 cup Bleach, dilute with sufficient water in a pot and bring 2 Dish Cloth to a boil.
Then soak for several hours till it cools down, hand wash under the sink. I get very sparkling white dish cloth with nice smell after they are dried under the sun.
I take pride in doing things. I am the boss in my kitchen.

For a change, bought KFC Chicken Curry Rice Bowl and Coleslaw for lunch. Paired with Nescafe Gold with Full Cream Milk without Sugar.

Kutu, Kutu, Kutu, my new Stainless Steel 316 Fry Pan is now doing the braising of Chicken Potato, Button Mushroom dish. Will divide them into boxes to freeze them for busy days.

We (me and Samurai) are having Fish Porridge added with green Xiao Bai Cai 小白菜 before walking to the nearby community centre to have our 1st Jab vaccination. Please pray for us for a smooth and safe one.
At 12.30pm Samurai and I had our 1st Jab of Vaccine. After having 3 hours of rest and had our afternoon tea cakes at home, I am now using my electric Glass Cooker to brew Spare Ribs, Bitter Gourd and Honey Dates Soup with my Geisha CAT’s Special Ginger Sauce. Will add on some cooked Barley Grains which I saved in the freezer. Will eat light and take a good rest.
Dinner time. Enjoying Spare Ribs cooked with Geisha CAT’s Secret Formula Special Ginger Sauce, Bitter Gourd, Honey Dates and Barley Grains Soup. Tastes so satisfying!

My breakfast today. Pour 800ml hot boiling water to 1 rinsed raw egg, steep for 8.5 mins covered, serve it on toasted bread spread with Butter, add with a little Light Soya Sauce and Pepper.
Paired with Nescafe Gold with Full Cream Milk without Sugar. My comfort food to start my day.
Hand washing my dishes which were piled up in the sink makes me a happier person when it is done. Yes, I always do it with a Happy and grateful heart, counting my blessings.
