Breakfast
Start my day with a nutritious Breakfast. Ordered 20 Eggs through Online Purchase but realised 3 Eggs were cracked!
So I use 1 Egg, beat up and mix with 1/3 cup of chopped Spring Onion which I grew, together with 1 tsp Goji Berries and a little Himalayan Pink Salt to fry with 1 tsp JAVARA Brand Coconut Cooking Oil (from Indonesia) to make an Omelet, topped with a slice of Bread to pan fry together. Yummy.
I also have UFC Brand 100% Natural Coconut Water and a cup of Nescafe Gold with Milk.

Day 33 on Singapore’s Circuit Breaker Mode, 8 May 2020. Enjoying my first meal of the day. My special pan fried Soft-Pan-Fried Egg on a slice of Toast n my favourite childhood comfort drink, HORLICK with Milk. Happy way to start my day, Stay At Home.

Redmart Online delivery
My Redmart Online delivery arrived. Bought lots of veggies, Fish and Chicken fillet. The Round Cabbage is so big and only costs S$2.10. Can cook for 4 meals for us.

Soaking White Fungus
Soaking the White Fungus銀耳 and Dried Mushrooms for cooking a savoury soup later.
Pickled Papaya
After cooking the Orange colour Hong Kong Papaya which I bought from Redmart Online a week ago to cook a savoury soup for lunch today, I use the remaining half firm papaya to make a bottle of Pickled Papaya. Don’t be fooled by the bright orange colour of Papaya, it is still too firm to eat as fruit. Will serve this tonight.

Cooked Savoury Papaya White Fungus Mushroom Dried Prawns Soup. Peppery and yummy. Don’t be fooled by the orange colour of Hong Kong Papaya which I bought on Redmart Online more than 1 week ago. I Used it for cooking because it was just ripen but still too firm to eat as fruit. Enjoying our lunch now.
