My Lunch
This is a Japanese influenced nutritious yummy dish I cooked for my Samurai.
First, I rinse 1 cup Japanese Short Grain Rice and drip dry. Next, I cut 2 Tomatoes to wedges and 1 Big Onion to thin shreds. Get ready 1 TBS Red Glutinous Rice Lee. Fill all these into my electric Rice Cooker, add in 1 cup Water and 1/4 cup MIZKAN brand Oigatsuo Tsuyu (Bonito flavoured Cooking Sauce), on the switch to cook rice. It takes about half an hour.
Meantime dry roast 5 TBS Dried Silver Fish in a non stick fry pan for 3 mins. Sprinkle the roasted Dried Mini Silver Fish over the cooked rice and serve with Black Nori seaweed sheets. An easy and simple meal is ready.

Discover, Develop, Deliver
In life, we need to discover what Gift GOD has blessed us, then we are to develop the Gift, and then to deliver out the gift. But all these 3 are not in sequential. If you don’t deliver your gift, you will not think to develop your gift, and you will not realise or discover what gift you are blessed by God. This is what I learn today. Cutting Watermelon
Cut the remaining half of the big watermelon I bought few days ago and keep packed in plastic boxes in the fridge to chill. Then cut away the green skin but keep the white rind for cooking another dish. I plan to boil with Spare Ribs to make a savoury Soup. A lot of benefits to eat Watermelon Rind as listed in Googles.
