Blessed Day to all. Made myself this set of breakfast as my brunch.
Using the Indian Spinach I bought few days ago, I chopped a small bundle of it. I also used 1/3 packet of the Japanese White Shimeji Mushrooms and cooked with 4 TBS Quaker brand Oats that came with Mountain Yam and Black Rice (this is a made in Taiwan product).
Add in water added with 2 TBS Soba Tsuyu, cracked in an Egg to cook. Lastly added in 1 TBS Goji Berries to heat through. Before eating stirred in 1 TBS Yasai Furikake (Veggies Sprinkles).
I served my International Flavoured Oatmeal with a glass of soaked Chia Seeds with Lychee Honey from Korea in water which I chilled overnight.
I completed my meal with a cup of Vietnamese Coffee with Milk. So International flavours my set of nutritious healthy meal. Better than any served in cafes. I love to create in my cozy kitchen.

Cooking a Light and Nutritious Oatmeal for our Lunch today. Yes, Eat Mindfully & Selectively for maintenance of Good Health.
This is how I cooked for 1 person serving of Savoury Oatmeal.
I used 4 TBS Quaker brand Oatmeal which comes with Mountain Yam and Black Rice to cook with 400ml Water added with 3 TBS Soba Tsuyu (Soba Sauce Straight), 2 big Fresh Shiitake, cut to shreds, 2 TBS Goji Berries and 3 stalks of Spring Onion, roughly chopped.
Boil all ingredient together. Voila, a yummy Savoury Oatmeal is ready to serve. My Samurai loves this.

This is my Savoury Quaker brand Oatmeal which comes with Mountain Yam and Black Rice cooked with Abalones, Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms, Egg, in Soba Tsuyu flavoured stock and garnished with Mint and Coriander Leaves with some Veggies Sprinkles (Yasai Furikake).
Yummy Savoury Oatmeal 11
Created this healthy yummy oatmeal for breakfast.
I cooked Quaker Instant Oatmeal with Black Rice & Mountain Yam with the chopped dices of hard stem of Broccoli, half cube of Instant Chicken seasoning, cracked in 1 egg to cook together.
To serve, added in green Shiso Nori Sauce, sprinkled some Bonito Fish Flakes on top, with Toasted White Sesame Seeds and Japanese 7 Spice Chillie.
Result: a super delicious Oatmeal, savoury style!
