Enjoying my EHLH Eat Happy Live Healthy first meal of my day.
Cooked this special QUAKER Oatmeal (which comes with Black Rice and Mountain Yam ) with mini Silver Baits.
Garnished with store bought Korean Garlic Sprouts Kimchi. My very brave innovation and the taste is out of the world. One more new recipes I developed for my knowledge file. BINGO.
Yummy Savoury Oatmeal 2
Using my Claypot to cook my Eat Happy Live Healthy EHLH Dinner for Samurai & me tonight.
Will be cooking Yummy Savoury Oatmeal using *Quaker brand Instant Oatmeal with Black Rice & Mountain Yam and *MIZKAN brand Soya Milk Hotpot base 750ml.
First, Saute 1 large chopped Onion in 2 TBS oil till transparent.
Then add in MIZKAN brand Soya Milk Hotpot base 750ml and drop in 8 TBS QUAKER brand Oatmeal with Black Rice & Mountain Yam to cook with 500g minced Pork.
Add in Half a packet of Seasoned Nori with Schijimi (small clams).
When Oatmeal and Minced Pork are cooked, add in Goji berries and chopped Spring Onion to heat through. Off heat.
Ready to serve piping hot added with a little Pepper. A satisfying and nutritious meal for 2.
Yummy Savoury Oatmeal 3
We take responsibility of our health through eating mindfully. Our Eat Happy Live Healthy brunch is a savoury Oatmeal with Button Mushrooms and Spinach.
First cut 8 pcs canned Button Mushrooms to quarters, next cut 3 small bundles of Spinach to shreds.
In 800ml water bring Button Mushrooms and Spinach to a boil.
Drop in 6 TBS Heapful QUAKER brand Oatmeal which comes with Mountain Yam and Black Rice to cook.
Lastly, add in Himalayan Pink Salt and a dash of Pepper to taste.
Ready to serve piping hot. Delicious! I serve my Savoury Oatmeal with Red Grapes, Watermelon, Spinach & Celery Juice and a cup of Nescafe Gold Coffee. Nice!

Recipe Sharing Time. I supposed many of you had tried GOLDEN DUCK Brand Singapore Chilli Crab Seaweed Tempura? I bought mine from the nearest 711. Today, I am going to make a savoury Oatmeal with Chilli Crab Seaweed Tempura Crumbs and Moringa Leaf Powder.
I cooked 4 TBS heapful QUAKER Brand Oatmeal that comes with Mountain Yam, Black Rice with 350ml water.
When ready, I sprinkled Moringa Leaf Powder and the crumbled Chilli Crab Seaweed Tempura over the Oatmeal. Have a good stir before eating, it tastes super yummy.
