Today I cook Instant Tanmen (Instant Noodle) in a healthy way. This is how I used the Japanese Home-style Dish “Buta Niku, Shinachiku, Moyashi & Goji Berries No Itame” (Stir fry Pork slices, Preserved Radish, Beansprout & Goji Berries) as topping to my Instant Noodle. For the Recipe on how to cook the Stir Fry Pork dish, please refer to my earlier post.
Preparation:
For cooking the Instant Noodle ( I use Myojo Shrimp Tanmen), I use 1 packet but do not use the seasoning sachet. I also have a few Cherry Tomatoes, 2 big Shiitake Mushrooms (cut to pieces) and a few stalks green part from Spring Onions which I grow in my backyard.
Cooking:
First, I boil the noodle with 300ml Water with the Cherry Tomatoes, Shiitake Mushrooms, a few stalks green part from Spring Onions and 1 TBS Light Soya Sauce.
When cooked transfer to a big bowl and serve the Stir fry Pork slices, Preserved Radish, Beansprout & Goji Berries as topping on the noodle. Yummy.
Tanmen with Stir Fry Pork dish is ready. Try cooking this Healthy Instant Noodle yourself. Yummy!
