Hello everyone, STAY AT HOME for your own good. Singapore yesterday (1st April) had added 74 cases, and total now is 1,000 CoronaVirus cases. I am sharing with you a Healthy drink using Mint Leaves, Dried Cherry Tomatoes & Orange Rind which I brew using my Electric Glass Cooker because it is so convenient for me. I can set the temperature and timing. You can boil it on your stove if you do not have one.

Fresh mint soup

Blessed Friday from my kitchen in Singapore. STAY AT HOME to cook nice food and share here to all readers. As I was checking my fridge, I found 2 big bunches of Fresh Mint. As I have some Dried Prawns and 2 Salted Eggs, I decided to cook Fresh Mint Soup. I will be cooking 2 portions, one for my Samurai and one for me.
