Happy blessed day to all. Created this Special Omelette Sheet for breakfast recently.
Preparation:
First, I cut a slice of *Gardenia brand Purple Wheat Soft Grain Loaf to broad pieces, 1 Fresh Shiitake Mushroom cut to shreds, a few stalks of Spring Onion cut to short length, 1 Red Chillie cut to shreds.
I also have 1 tsp Butter and 2 beaten eggs added with Himalayan Pink Salt.
Cooking:
First melt Butter in a rectangular pan and arrange cut bread and Shiitake mushroom on top to heat up.
Pour half portion of Beaten Egg over, cook till nearly set, control fire well.
Pour in remaining Egg and arrange Spring Onion and Red Chillie on the surface, cover with lid and cook till egg is set totally.
Serve with own made Pomegranate Blueberry Kombucha and Nescafe Gold Dark Latte. A happy way to start my day.
