Am enjoying my cooked Moringa Green Noodle with Shrimps and Veggies. (with lots of Lettuce and plucked Beansprouts which I grew). Yummy yummy.
Preparation:
I am singing the song, “The Green Green Grass Of Home” when I was cooking this Moringa Green Noodle with Shrimps and Veggies.
For Ingredients, I have a packet of 150g Dried Green Moringa Noodle (bought from Bali, Indonesia), 10 Shrimps, 200g Romaine Lettuce, and some own sprouted Beansprouts (click for my blog post on Growing Beansprouts Step by Step). I also need 1 TBS Coconut Oil, some Himalayan Pink Salt and 1 tsp Sugar.
Cooking:
First I boiled 1 packet of Dried Moringa Green Noodle and drained away the water.
Next with 1 TBS JAVARA Brand Coconut Oil, I saute 10 Shrimps till colour changes. Than add in the drained noodle.
After that, add in 200g Romaine Lettuce, toss together with some Himalayan Pink Salt and 1 tsp Raw Sugar. When the Green Veggies are heated through, dish all out into a big serving plate.
In the same fry pan without oil, heat up Beansprouts quickly then arrange on the Noodle to serve immediately.
This portion of Moringa Green Noodle with Shrimps and Veggies serves two. Yummy and the Romaine Lettuce and Beansprouts are so crunchy!
