Dinner
For dinner enjoying our home cooked Napa Cabbage 皇芽白, Tomato, Bacon, Prawn Wantons with Tanghoon 冬粉 (Mungbean Vermicelli) in Chicken Stock added with Maggie Seasoning Sauce, a little Himalayan Pink Salt and Sesame Oil. A high in fibres, rich in Licopene meal for us.

Boiling Soup
My kitchen is filled with good aroma. Am simmering a pot of wholesome soup with 1 Chicken Breast, half Dried Octopus, 1 Daikon cut to thick rounds, a Green Pear cut to big cubes, a Honey Date, 5 Big Red Dates with seeds removed, 2 TBS Goji Berries (to add in the last 5 mins) and a handful of Coriander.
All boil in 12 cups water. Simmer when comes to a boil. Add Himalayan Pink Salt to taste at the end. Looking forward to this fragrant & delicious soup in 1 1/2 hours time.
