Breakfast
Good morning. Start my day with my comfort breakfast. 2 Fried Eggs on a piece of Bread, with Japanese Chillie Powder and Maggie Seasoning, all done same time in my small fry pan.
I love the UFC Brand 100% Coconut Water and also have a cup of Nescafe with Milk, no sugar added. What are you having for breakfast?

Slow cooker Healthy Rice Gruel
When busy, use my Slow Cooker, My “Electric Domestic Helper” to make my lunch while I stay in my computer room to sort out some documents. So convenient to have one.
For this Healthy Rice Gruel, I have:
2 Thumb Sized Ginger, (just bashed them with a clever)
2 Pieces of Dried Squid which I bought from Japan during my last travel
Remove skin from half a Japanese Daikon, cut to thick pieces and quartered them
Cut 5 stalks Celery to pieces
Rinse half cup Japanese Short Grain Rice
500 g Pork.
Fill all these ingredients into the Slow Cooker and fill with 6 cups of Hot Boiling Water, set 3 hours to cook while I do my document work.
Tada, when time is up, my delicious healthy Rice Gruel (or Chook in Cantonese粥) is ready.
I serve it with Salted Japanese Sea Kelp shreds, Salted Salmon Flakes, Fermented Chinese Tofu Cubes known as Furu 腐乳 and pepper. Also packed 2 boxes for my good friend to pick up. Good food must share.

My Breakfast
To start my day right I have a EHLH Eat Happy Live Healthy Breakfast. I take full responsibility of my own health. I have a 100% Natural Coconut Water by UFC Brand, toasted a slice of Baguette and spread with 20g ARLA brand Natural Cream Cheese & Honey, a cup of hot Fresh Milk added with 3 tsp NESTUM Brand Multi Grain Cereal.
What do you have for breakfast? Happy blessed Saturday to all from Singapore.

My Cute CAT Bag

Rooftop Garden
Came up to my Rooftop Garden. Happy to see my 2 pots of Spring Onion ready to harvest.

EHLH Dinner
Cooked my EHLH Eat Happy Live Healthy Dinner for two.
First saute minced Ginger and roughly chopped Red Chillie in 2 TBS Oil.
Add in 500 g minced Pork to saute till colour changes.
Add in 4 TBS Sweet Chopped Chai Por. Continue to saute for 2 minutes.
Add in 1 head Cauliflowers cut into florets.
Toss well and add in 1 cup water. Cover n bring to a boil then simmer till cooked.
Add in a little Sugar and 2 TBS Steam Fish Sauce and add in 1 bundle cut Koo Chye (Chives).
Toss well with 3 TBS cooked Quinoa. Off fire and ready to serve. A delicious healthy dinner.

Sharing
I always say “It’s not about dieting…..It’s about the art of eating & living well”.
I have 2 Big Oranges, 2 Green Pears, 2 Fuji Apples, remove all skins and cores, 4 inches cut section from Bitter gourd, remove the pulps, 1 big Carrot, 1 small bundle of Coriander Leaves, 2 cups of Ice Cubes.
Just use my high power blender to make a Power-up Juice and fill my cute Carrot Cups. It is so good and refreshing.
