Breakfast
You guess it right! I love Half Boiled Egg with Toasted Bread spread with Butter and dip into the Egg Mixture, eat with a little Soya Sauce and Pepper. Sometimes instead of Soya Sauce I substitute with Maggie Seasoning Sauce.
How do I get this perfect texture of Half Boiled Egg? Take out an Egg from the fridge, rinse clean under tap water. Bring a small pot of water to rapidly boiling. Put egg in a measuring jug, pour in 800ml of hot boiling water, cover with a lid and set timer to 8.5 mins. When time is up, crack open the shell and this is what you see.
Toast a slice of Bread in an oven toaster straight from the freezer, spread with butter when toast is ready. Sprinkle a little Soya Sauce or Maggie Seasoning Sauce and Pepper over the Half Boiled Egg. Pair with a cup of Nescafe Gold with Milk without Sugar. This is my comfy way to start my day.

Chicken Veggies Soup
To heal my body condition I made this rich in Beta Carotene (Carrot), Licopene (Tomato) and protein Chicken Veggies Soup.
I cut 1 big Carrot, 2 big Tomatoes, 1 big Onion, 8 pips of Garlic, 1 medium size Honey Sweet Potato, & 2 Chicken Drum Sticks, put all these into my electric Glass Cooker, fill in with 2,000ml water, on the switch and boil for 1 hour. When timer sets off, add in Himalayan Pink Salt to taste and off the switch.
My simple nutritious soup with some carbo is ready to serve for Samurai and me. Hope with another 1 to 2 days’ rest, I will be back to my healthy condition again.

Brunch (Breakfast + Lunch)
Was craving for Japanese Ten-Don, Tempura with Shiso Leaf and Shiitake Mushrooms on top of a donburi of Short Grain Rice with Sauce. Thank you to my Samurai for packing home this wonderful lunch from Shimbashi Soba at Paragon. Oishii! (Yummy).
Late Lunch
Having late lunch since I had my breakfast late. Heat up half box of Seafood Hor Fun (Flat Rice Noodle), added with 1 big piece Fish Fritter and a bunch of Spring Onion.
In that case, I have a nutritiously balanced meal of protein, carbo and Green veggies. Paired it with a cup of Orange Marmalade hot drink. Yummy.

Breakfast set
Feeling fresh after got up today. Glad to feel I am completely healed from my two weeks’ discomfort.
My Nutritious Healthy Breakfast consists of 1 Fried Egg on a piece of own baked Bread by Bread Machine made with Shiitake and Moringa Powder with Mushroom Pasta Sauce, added to Bread Floor and Yeast(very yummy), with side dish saute Asparagus with Cherry Tomatoes in Butter and a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt. I pair it with Nescafe Gao Siew Dai.
Perfect match. Don’t forget my Glucosamine Supplements too. All took 8 minutes.

Celebrating my Samurai Birthday
Wishing my beloved Samurai a very Happy Birthday with good Health, Joy and Peace in his heart. I just recovered from my 2 weeks’ body discomfort so couldn’t bring him out to celebrate.
Thank God for having my very efficient Personal Assistant to help me buy back all these goodies to celebrate at home.
