Bake Barramundi Fish with Potatoes, Onions & Cabbage

Sharing with you how I bake Barramundi Fish in layers of Potatoes, Onions, Chopped Cabbage in SAN REMO Brand Homestyle Pasta Sauce with Tomato, Onion & Garlic (500ml bottle) together with some Cheddar Cheese.

Preparation:

Ingredients for Bake Barramundi Fish with Potatoes, Onions & Cabbage: 4 cups cabbage chopped, 5 big potatoes sliced, 3 onions sliced and 250g Barranmundi Fish Fillet

First I cut 250g Barranmundi Fish Fillet to board slices, season with 1 tsp Salt, a few dashes of Pepper, 1/2 tsp Sugar and 1/4 cup Cooking Sake.

Meantime pare the skin off 5 Big Potatoes and cut to slices. Cut 2 big Onions to Slices and Chop 4 cups of Cabbage. Now preheat oven to 200 degree celcius.

In a non stick pan heat up 2 TBS Organic Coconut Oil to saute Onion till fragrant. Then, add in Potatoes to saute and combine well. Cover with lid to cook for 5 mins.

After that, add in chopped Cabbage and 1/2 tsp Salt. Toss well.

Now prepare a 8 inch square Pyrex Baking Dish. Grease with some Coconut Oil. Scoop in the cooked potato,onion and cabbage mixture to form the first layer.

SAN REMO Brand Homestyle Pasta Sauce with Tomato, Onion & Garlic (500ml bottle)

For the second layer, spoon some SAN REMO Brand Homestyle Pasta Sauce on top.

For the third layer, sprinkler some Cheddar Cheese and place Barramundi Fish slice on top. Top up with another layer of cooked potato, onion and cabbage mixture and then another layer of Pasta Sauce.

Lastly, sprinkle some Cheddar Cheese to form final layer.

Bake Barramundi Fish with Potatoes, Onions & Cabbage

Push into the preheated oven to bake for about 30 mins or till a golden crust is formed.

When ready, cut to wedges to serve. There will be some tomato gravy oozing out. This dish of Bake Barramundi Fish with Potatoes, Onions & Cabbage tastes yummy.
