Do you use Imitation Abalone Slices for cooking in your kitchen? Here is one recipe I created for you: Imitation Abalone Slices side dish

Preparation

Baby Chye Sim (Cai Xin)
500g Baby Cai Xin 小菜心
Imitation Abalone Slice
a packet of Imitation Abalone slices

For ingredients, I have 500g Baby Cai Xin 小菜心, a packet of Imitation Abalone slices.

For seasoning and condiments, I have 1 tsp Organic Coconut Oil, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Sugar, 1 TBS Abalone Sauce (or use your Oyster Sauce) and 2 tsp Cornstarch diluted in 1/8 cup water as thickening.

Cooking:

First heat up wok with Organic Coconut Oil. Drop in Salt and Sugar and stir well. Add in Baby Cai Xin (or you can use Spinach), toss well.

Pour in a packet of Imitation Abalone slices, add in 1 TBS Abalone Sauce, toss well.

As soon as you can smell the fragrance from the green veggie, turn down heat to low and stir in Cornstarch mixture to thicken.

Off heat immediately and ready to serve. The cooking only takes 3 mins. A simple yet tasty Imitation Abalone Slices side dish is done.
