A year has passed since the passing of the late CATherina Hosoi. In memory of her, her family is sharing voice recordings of her On Air recipes sharing which was air on local (Singapore) radio stations for the past few decades. They hope to keep her love for cooking and teaching alive and also to preserve her recipes which mostly was developed by her since the start of her Culinary studio since 1985.
