My Lunch
What you are seeing here is my new creation of a Wholesome Hearty Porridge cooked with 2 Roasted Turkey Legs, 1/4 cup of Red Beans, 1/4 cup of skinless Mung Beans, 1 cup of Japanese Short Grain Rice, 2 big Onions cut to shreds, 6 stalks Celery cut thinly and 20 frozen Cherry Tomatoes.
Bring all these to cook (except Cherry Tomatoes) in my Vision Pot with 14 cups water. Turn heat to low once it reaches rapid boiling and continue simmering for 1 1/2 hours till Red Beans are soft.
Towards last 10 minutes add in Cherry Tomatoes and Himalayan Pink Salt to taste. Off heat and garnish with the Turkey meat, a little Tiantsin Dong Cai 天津冬菜 and Chopped Spring Onion.

My Breakfast
Hello to all from Singapore. Happy Father’s Day to all my male friends who are dads to their children and blessed Sunday to all.
I am eating Taiwan made Quaker brand Oatmeal that comes with Mountain Yam and Black Rice, I topped with Lingonberry Jam from Ikea.
Drinking my 2F Tumeric, Ginger, Pineapple Kombucha which was harvested on 18 April, and drinking my Nescafe GOLD with milk. Will cook lunch later.
This is how I cook my Oatmeal. I boil 4 TBS finely processed Taiwan made Oatmeal (you can use any oatmeal you have) with 1 cup Fresh Milk, stirring always to prevent lumps and sticking to the base of the pan. When it gets thickened off heat and put a dollop of Lingonberry Jam on top. Nice to eat this way.

My Breakfast
I Love You cup I have is holding my hot beverage of NESTUM in Hot Milk & Ginger Powder without Sugar. Next to it is my cute CAT cup of water. I start my day drinking these and reading a Bread Making Book. Happy way to start a new week.
