My brave combination of Tanmen with Brinjal dish which I made for our dinner tonight. Turn out to be so good and suddenly my appetite came back.
Saute 1 cut Brinjal with a few slices of Ginger in 1 TBS oil. Add in 1 TBS Oyster Sauce and 200ml water to simmer cook till gravy dries up. Than add 2 TBS Goji Berries to heat through and Brinjal is cooked. I also heat up the remaining Dried No Cholesterol Chicken Shreds Curry with Potatoes dices which I kept in the freezer,
Meantime. boil MYOJO brand Tanmen 汤面 in water with the sachet of seasonings for flavour. Strain the noodle, serve with Dried Chicken Curry and the cooked Brinjal. The taste is superb!

祝大家六六大顺 ! Happy 6th Day Chinese New Year. Made a Healthy breakfast to start my day.
Cooked half a packet of Myojo brand Prawn Tanmen and strain it. Blanched 6 Cherry Tomatoes also. Served it with Ayam brand Chilli Tuna. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and scissor cut Korean seasoned Nori.
I serve this Tanmen with Chilli Tuna with own made 2F Pomegranate Blueberry Kombucha from 6 Jan 2020 and a cup of Nescafe Gao Siew Dai. Eat Happy Live Healthy健康愉食。
