Welcome 1st of March. Enjoying my 1st meal of the day. Start with FRUIT TREE Brand Reduced Sugar Pink Guava Juice with Pear bits, very refreshing.
I have the last 2 slices of Indonesian Kueh Lapis cake, paired with a cup of Nescafe Gold with Full Cream Milk without Sugar and also not forgetting my supplement ELITE NATURAL brand of GANODERMA Lucidum Spores Oil Softgel 灵芝孢子油。
My Full Of Green Prawn Wantan Noodle dish and a bowl of Wantan Soup with Green Leaves I cooked as lunch today.
First have 400g Prawns, remove shells and black veins. Half a portion I cut to 1 cm pieces, the other portion chop finely. Season with 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/4 tsp Sugar and 1 tsp Cornstarch. Mix well and use store bought Wantan wrappers to wrap up to make Wantans. Leave aside for later use.
Next bring 2 packets of MYOJO Brand Shrimp Tanmen to boil in boiling water. When cooked, drain away water and toss with some Oyster Sauce and Sesame Oil.
Next bring some water to a boil. Drop in Prawn Wantans to cook till all floated up. Place the cooked Wantans over the cooked Noodle. In the remaining Soup Stock drop in plenty of Leafy Greens, add in Salt to flavour.
Arrange the cooked Greens next to Noodle and ready to serve with a bowl of Soup with Green. Simple and yummy, this portion serves 3 pax.

Recipe Sharing: Special Oxtail Stew
I cooked my special Oxtail, Radish, LEGGO’S Garden Vegetable Sauce with cooked Barley Paste for dinner. I have 1 Kg Oxtail chunks season with a little Salt n Pepper, remove skin from 15 pips Garlic, leave them whole, slice 2 Big Onions, cut 1 big Tomato. (read more…)

Dinner tonight is Special Zucchini Canned Sardine Fried Rice I made. I have 3 cups of cooked Jasmine Rice left over from my previous meal, 2 medium Onions cut to thin slices, 4 slices Back Bacon cut to finger width, 1 Green Zucchini cut to thick strips, 1 big Carrot cut to strips, 1 can (155g) FAIRPRICE Brand Sardines in Tomato Sauce with Chilli, a handful of Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese, 2 TBS Butter and 2 TBS my secret formula of GEISHA CAT’S SPECIAL GINGER PASTE.
